Project Runway Inspired...Sort Of

I love to watch Project Runway -- the fabrics, the designs, the crazy designers. At the end of the season, the top 3 (sometimes 4) designers get a budget and have to create a certain number of outfits. Most of the outfits have the same fabric (because they are on a budget!), so I decided to take a clue from them and make cards using the same piece of 12x12 patterned paper to create my cards. The first card was for the CardPatterns Sketch #60.

The second card was for a new challenge blog I decided to try, Crazy 4 Challenges.

And the last...well it didn't end up as a card yet. I got stuck. It was for the Limelight challenge, but I didn't get it finished (it's still sitting just like this on my table). Picture it all put together...It's like one of those "pick your own ending" books, only for cards. I may be on to something here. Haha!

I also have a little piece of news to share with you. I'm moving north! Jon was offered a new job in Wisconsin, and after a lot of praying, discussions, and him driving me crazy, we have decided to move. I'm sad to be leaving, but excited about the new opportunities that are ahead. We will be moving next month, so if you notice that I'm not blogging much, well now you know why. And if anybody has any great ideas for some "We've Moved" cards, share with me! We've moved about 6 times now...so I'm out of ideas. I'm thinking a simple email might be it!
