I made this adorable little note card using the Top Note Die.

Supplies Used: Top Note Die, Everyday Adorable (Unity Stamp Co.), Stipple Celebrations (SU!), Kraft Cardstock, Making Memories DP, DCWV Ribbon, brad, Fruit Punch Stickles, UTEE, Chocolate Chip Classic Ink
